As a strategic HR leader and organizational development practitioner, Melanie Hiller brings more than a decade of experience translating human behavior into practical business outcomes. Having navigated multiple career pivots herself, she understands the uncertainty that comes with change and channels that perspective into helping others pivot with clarity and purpose. Melanie has supported organizations across professional services, life sciences, municipal operations, manufacturing, food & beverage, engineering, IT, construction, government, and logistics—guiding leaders through restructures, talent optimization, and scalable people-operations design.

 

With a focus on revitalizing HR functions and strengthening organizational structure, she blends behavioral science with operational strategy to create change that resonates and lasts. Her data-driven, empathy-based approach helps leadership teams streamline policies, modernize performance systems, and elevate the employee experience across the full talent lifecycle. She has led organizational audits, built career-ladder frameworks for growing companies, and coached leaders through complex transitions. Melanie holds a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is an active member of SHRM and STL-ODN. Her work is rooted in a simple philosophy: turning pivots into progress so organizations can transform uncertainty into alignment, engagement, and growth.
