This year, I found myself at one of those pivotal moments too. After years of consulting inside established firms and supporting leaders through complex people challenges, I felt a growing pull toward something more aligned with how I believe HR should feel: strategic, steady, human, and deeply supportive. That clarity led to the official launch of Pivot Partner Consulting, LLC — a people-operations consultancy dedicated to helping organizations navigate change with confidence, compassion, and purpose. Pivot Partner grew from a simple belief:

My approach blends behavioral insight, organizational development, and practical, scalable people strategy. But at its core, my work is about helping you create the kind of workplace where people can do their best work, and where leaders feel equipped, not exhausted, by the challenges of managing others.
